Shelley: Day 35


Another easy going Sunday. I was busy this morning and therefore hesitant to eat until I had a moment to prepare something healthy. As a result I ended up with a V8 and some raspberries. Not the most satisfying but it will do in a pinch.

Will went a little bananas at church today. I was hanging out with the Sunbeams (3yr/4yr olds) and Will desperately wanted to be involved. He was also sick of being stuck in someone's lap so he really wanted to get on the move. There was also a little boy who in the class who had a lot of wiggles so it was a little crazy with the two of them. All in all though I think we did pretty well. We ate a light dinner when we got home and then Jason took Will out and about to help him get his wiggles out. On the way home he passed out and napped until 7pm. Meaning, he is struggling to go to bed as I write. I'm going to hurry just in case Jason needs a little Mom back up.

A slice of bread and 1Tbsp of cream cheese (140cal)

1.66 of a 100 calorie pack of cinnamon cakes (167cal)

BMR CALC: 1691-1332=359 Deficit (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1691. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
