1st off CONGRATS Kaisi for dropping more weight! It sure does feel good to be loosing weight! This has been a fun weekend as people that I haven't seen for a while are starting to notice that I have lost weight. It sure does feel good to hear that others are noticing my weight loss! I am feeling so good and getting so excited to go shopping soon for some new smaller clothes :) Alright so today I did ok. I had my usual breakfast and lunch and then we headed out to church. I am happy to say that we didn't go to the linger longer after church today because I was way hungry and knew that I wouldn't be able to resist the yummy treats that were bound to be there. SO Dan and Kaisi (cause we gave her a ride home) were so nice and let me opt out of going into a dessert temptation situation. When we got home I was hungry and really wanted to munch, but I didn't, and just waited for our leftover stuffed green peppers to reheat. Actually I watched our little man and Dan reheated dinner as I didn't trust myself in the kitchen :) But then tonight I got munchies and James was hungry so I pulled some breadsticks from Premier out of the freezer and heated them up (I also fed James some fresh peaches, we are out of bread for him and I wanted him to eat some sort of bread). Anyhow I thought that I could be strong and refuse the breadsticks but they are soooo good and I did eat 2 :( Oh well I only went over my calories by a bit. Here is my meal breakdown for today :
Breakfast : Cheerios and Milk 245 calories (I had a little more milk today cause my legs were cramping last night and I figured I needed more calcium)
Lunch : Chicken (1 oz), Laughing Cow Cheese, Bagel Thin 170 calories
Dinner : Stuffed Green Pepper 273 calories
Snacks : 1 cup Raspberries, Granola Bar, Breadsticks (2), Hot Chocolate 589 calories
Total Calories Consumed : 1277
This could possibly be a very long night. James came home from church and was sound asleep for about 2 hours, he totally needed the nap but is now wide awake. Anyhow, until tomorrow . . . Happy Dieting!
