Katie Day 39

Today has been such a happy day! I weighed in and am now in the 150's and I am so excited about that! I have now lost almost 20 lbs and couldn't be happier with my results so far! I have said this before and I will say it again, this counting calories thing TOTALLY WORKS! Here is what I ate today :

Breakfast : My usual Cheerios and 1 cup skim milk 200 calories

Lunch : Bagel sandwich thin, chicken (1 oz), Laughing cow cheese, pickle 170 calories

Dinner : Stuffed green pepper 311 calories

Snacks : 90 calorie cereal bar (4 throughout the day), Granola Thin, Hot Chocolate 525 calories

I need to go to the store tomorrow and pick up some fruits and veggies so that I snack on those throughout the day. I know that this post is short but I am tired and am heading to bed!
