Dinner : Chicken about 3 oz but with Yoshida sauce 100 calories
Fruit about 2 cups 120 calories
I also had a bit of that yummy salad that Shelley made and a few bites of homemade ice- cream so I added another 200 calories
Snacks : 2 Riesen candies, Special K Cracker Chips (15), Salsa (4 Tbs) 160 calories
