Hi Ladies!!. It's been another average day around here. The hubs woke up with little miss this morning so I got to sleep in until TEN!. Golly I love weekends and my husband! I woke up and quickly made my usual breakfast, adding in avocado. I did weigh myself before I had breakfast and I am SO happy to say that I finally broke my 154 plateau. I am officially down to the 153's. Woot Woot!. After breakfast I hit the showers to get ready for church. I am not sure how I did it, but I got ready lightning fast this morning and we were actually early. I know what you're thinking... only weirdo's show up for church that early, but to be honest it was kinda nice not being in a rush. Mrs Katie was sweet enough to give us a ride home from church today (thanks again for that lady.) It was fun to visit with her and Dan for a few minutes. After we got home I quickly made lunch. I was pretty hungry. This is going to be an OH MY GOSH moment when you read this, so be prepared... I actually made myself a sandwich today instead of going to Subway like I do every other day. hahaha. It wasn't as good as Subway, but it was pretty darn yummy. An hour or so later my husband asked me to make him cookies and bring them over to his study group. I am not the type of person who will bake something and give it to someone else without tasting it first to make sure I totally botched it up and I am glad I have this philosophy because my first batch of cookies were pretty rough.. My 2nd was better and the 3rd was finally yummy. Because I had already eaten 3 cookies I loaded every single one up to get them out of the house so I couldn't eat more. This is something I have realized I have to do with cookies because I have no self control when it comes down to it. After I dropped the cookies off I took my stink bug for a walk around North Park park. Now that she is in bed it's dishes for me, then bed myself. Here are my stats below.
Breakfast: 2 eggs in a carb smart tortilla with avocado. 1/2 a sandwich thin and milk.
Lunch: Turkey and Ham sandwich on wheat bread with avocado and a Diet Coke.
Snack: Fiber One Brownie.
Dinner: 3 cake cookies. (EEK)
Workout: Walk around north park. Very short, maybe one mile.
