In an effort to keep myself both motivated and honest I have decided to weigh myself every week and post the results.
My current weight: 191.4lbs
Change since last weigh in: 3.6lbs
19.8lbs gone and 21.4lbs to go!
Things have definitely slowed down but I'm just fine with that. Slow and steady is much healthier, and long lasting, than speedy. You know, I'm actually starting to like my scale;).
