Shelley: Day 48

Funny, Kaisi didn't want to post and neither do I. I didn't post yesterday because our keyboard got Williamized and wasn't working but I would have been happier to skip today because today was not my best. I actually did really well until we went to a BBQ tonight. I had three pieces of licorice, part of a mint brownie, and some cake too. Ahhhhhh. But at least I brought light hot dogs and turkey dogs (PS. The turkey dogs were way better than the light Ball Parks.). I also had a Brussels cookie. Bad news. . .I haven't done the math yet so this could be good or bad. . . not sure.



Today's Food Summary:

Breakfast:
2 slices of bread w/ICBINB (270cal)
2 Slices Costco Bacon (80cal)
1/4 cup of egg whites (30cal)
(YES, I did make a breakfast sami. Tomorrow I'm going to use my mini sami thins (50cal each instead of 135cal)
Snack:
Raspberries (30cal)
Lunch:
Costco Chicken Noodle Soup (250cal)
Snack:
No snack, I napped instead, wayyyyyy better!
Dinner:
1 Turkey Hot Dog (100cal)
1 Lite Ball Park Hot Dog (100cal)
1 Hot Dog Bun (120cal) (Totally not worth it so I tossed it for the second one)
Snack:
30 Light Lays Chips (140cal)
4 Tbsp of my special low fat dip (44cal)
Apple (80cal)
3 Twizzler Sticks (120cal)
2 Brussels Cookie (100cal)
2Tbsp of Mint Brownie and 1/4 cup of cake with fondant (300cal)
BMR CALC: 1691-1764=73 Surplus, Argggggggh!
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1691. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
