So even though I didn't have a terrible day I'm pretty sure I blew it by 300 calories. . .thanks guacamole and lack of self control!
Today should have been much better. It definitely started out that way. I was really good, I ate very little knowing we were going to be stopping by Costco which is always a sample bonanza on a holiday weekend. . .and it was. They had an amazing creme brulee. Sooo good, and fortunately made out of yogurt. It was amazing for being so relatively low calories. Super good.
After Will's nap we headed to Whole Foods and got dinner and then shopped for organic milk (Will is moving on to the good stuff!). I love their prepared food section because they usually have chicken and grilled veggies. However, today I should have stuck to the salad bar because they didn't have the grilled veggies I was so looking forward to. I did get a salad and only used 1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar to dress it but I was super naughty and got a small amount of King's Casserole (it's creamy goodness is so not good for a diet). I didn't get a lot but I'm sure it was still close to 500 cal. I haven't done the math for today. . .but I'm not optimistic for the outcome so I'm just going to rip it off like a band aide. . .here goes.

Snack:
2oz of left over tri-tip (167cal)
Lunch:
4oz of Costco Frozen Yogurt(130cal)
Snack:
V8 (30cal)
Dinner:
Naughty King's Casserole (500cal)
1/2 of an Izzy's soda (60cal)
Snack:
Apple (80cal)
BMR CALC: 1691-1627=64 Deficit (I added 100cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1691. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
